Red Flush will endeavour to process all players’ cash withdrawals as quickly as is possible. The Red Flush policy is to refund cash withdrawals to the same account that the original purchase was made from, but unfortunately not all purchase methods facilitate refunds of cash withdrawals. Players could possibly be requested to select another method of payment if this situation arises.

In order to make cash withdrawals from Red Flush, players will need to log into the casino software, direct to the banking page and click "withdrawal". The withdrawal will be processed by Red Flush within 24 hours, but it should be noted that further processing time by various banks may result in a 3 - 4 day delay before the withdrawn amounts reflect on the player’s account.

Players can always click on the CashCheck button in the software (located on the MyAccount Page) to see the status of their withdrawals. Casino withdrawals can be reversed within 24 hours.

When cash outs are made, they will first sit in a pending cycle where the player will have the option of reversing any amount of the cash out. When the player wants to make another deposit, the system will automatically detect whether pending cash-outs are available for reversal and allow the player to nominate any amount of the cash out request to be reversed by using the new reversal function on the deposit page.

This can additionally be done by clicking on the Reverse Withdrawal tab. This process eliminates the need to wait for cash outs to be paid out before a player repurchases again. Once the cash out has passed through the pending cycle it goes to the e-cash company for processing. Should players wish to track the progress of their cash outs, they can click on CashCheck which will give them an update on the exact status of the cash out.
