I have downloaded the file but cannot find it?
If the casino icon is not on your desktop then please try and complete the following steps to locate it: Click on start; search; select files or folders and then type in the casino name: Red Flush Casino, and click “search now.” If the file does not appear then the download did not complete and you will have to download the software again following the steps on the download page. If you do manage to find it, double click on the filename in the search results to install it.
Do I have to download every time I want to play?
No. Once you have saved the downloadable version to your desktop or computer, you will be able to access it in the same way that you would access any program or application on your PC.
I keep losing my connection while trying to download the file?
Unfortunately you will need a continuous connection to successfully download the online casino. If you are trying to download during peak hours then perhaps select an off peak time during the day when the internet is less congested.
