How do I receive rewards?

The number of points a player earns earn will determine the Red Rewards status tier that they will slot into. Each tier has added benefits over and above the tier below, so the more players wager, the more benefits they can receive when they move up within the tiers.

The Different Tiers

As previously mentioned, we give players 500 FREE points with which to open up their loyalty accounts. All players are automatically given the status of RED members once they commence wagering for real money, and this status is re-calculated every 3 months. Whenever a player reaches a new tier, more points are allocated to them to reward them for their loyalty.

Bonus Benefits

As an additional benefit, Red Rewards also delivers bonus points to Silver, Gold and Platinum level members, calculated on the number of player club points earned within a month. Even though these points are awarded and can be redeemed, they do not contribute to the player’s overall status.

For example: If a Platinum level member earned 5000 points in one month, that player would earn 1250 bonus points for the month (25%). Likewise, if a Silver level member earned 10000 loyalty points in a month, the number of bonus points awarded to that player would be 1000 (10%).

How do I redeem my points?

The process involved for redeeming bonus points is very straightforward. All the player need do is go to the Player’s Points Manager and select the number of points they wish to redeem. Points can be redeemed in units of 1000, with 1000 points being equivalent to $10. The remaining balance will be carried forward. If points are redeemed in larger denominations (for example 10000 points), an incremental sliding scale is in place, which will allow players to claim more points at higher redemption levels. These have been set up as follows:
