Hello, my Name is Irene M, it is said that dreams don't come true....I can vouch that they do. This is an unsolicited letter. I believe in writing these when I feel I have gotten superlative service or horrible service. As a manager I know I would like to know.
I have been a manager in healthcare for a number of years I understand the need for excellent "patient" care and customer service and Gary is top notch.
